Behavior Crisis Strategies

Our Mission

Behavior Crisis Strategies has over 30 years experience of working in the mental health field with expertise in crisis intervention and response, personality disorders, and consultation. Our overall mission is to provide psychology related resources and support to communities.

About The Founder

Ron Forgue has over 30 years of law enforcement and first-responder experience, along with a masters degree in clinical psychology.

“In the middle of a Level 5 crisis, you don’t need a therapist to ask how you feel—you need an Incident Commander to tell you what to do. My career has been spent at the intersection of public safety and human psychology. I’ve managed the most volatile scenes imaginable from the Chief’s office, and I’ve analyzed the most complex personalities from the clinical chair. I bring ‘Command Presence’ to the boardroom to ensure your legacy survives the human element.”

Why We Exist?

Across the United States, the rising tide of volatility, internal sabotage, and institutional friction is a direct result of a systemic failure to manage behavioral risk. This failure places an unsustainable strain on mental health professionals, first responders, and executive leadership.

Behavior Crisis Strategies does not simply provide “support.” We provide the command infrastructure necessary to bridge the gap between clinical behavioral science and operational security.

Our services don’t just “reduce the workload”; we neutralize the friction that leads to institutional collapse. Our purpose is to serve as the tactical bridge between behavioral health and community stability, ensuring that your organization remains resilient in the face of human volatility.
