Behavior Crisis Strategies

Mental Health Services

Provide a community-based Mental Health Service

Innovative practices combined with true and transparent empowerment will produce a winning team. The development of a therapeutic alliance based on individual and group needs will empower a sense of belonging between client, family and community.

Identifying Known Patients

Many times a mental health crisis will be triggered and a client responds negatively to unfamiliar people and places.  Behavior Crisis Strategies creates a profile to respond and interact.

This profile provides an interaction response that is clear and concise based on individual needs. This clarity comes by past involvement and development of specific goals and objectives outlined through a therapeutic relationship.

Creating Known Support

The bar must be raised. The standards of excellence, legitimacy, transparency and competency are the equity of providing services.

We help create an effective system of support that obliges client, their individual family and community support.

This support system is designed to prevent and protect those needing mental health services.

Reporting & Tracking

Behavior Crisis Strategies creates a platform to track benchmarks for employees.  Benchmarks are driven by business protocols and employee handbook.

All documentation meets confidentiality laws and guidelines. No information is disseminated without client permission.

De- Escalation

Job interviews, personality tests and reference letters are not excellent predictors of whether or not a person will do well in a job or conflicts.

Behavior Crisis Strategies provides a variety of training and testing through Psychoeducational, Career Counseling and Diagnostic tools. These domains create an affective analysis to develop conflict resolutions skills based on individual and group needs.

Behavior Crisis Strategies is in the business to adequately identify resources relevant to the situation.

We offer training through the following domains:
